Terms and Conditions

1. Estimate Validity

This estimate is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices, conditions, and material availability may change without prior notice.

2. Project Scope

This contract covers only the work described in the proposal approved by the client.

Each project is unique. All Decor Terrace Corp will perform the work in the shortest reasonable time; however, execution times are subject to change due to weather, permits, inspections, material availability, or other circumstances beyond the company's control.

PROJECT SCOPE – ELEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

PERGOLA

The pergola project price includes only:

6-inch round LED lighting – 5000K
Structure with 6” x 6” square aluminum tubes
Electrical line for lights only within the pergola area (Does not include bringing the line to the main electrical panel)
Concrete and column foundation up to a maximum of 2 ft x 2 ft x 2 ft per column
Water channels and drainage system
Electrical line for fans within the pergola area

Any additional work will be quoted separately.

OUTDOOR KITCHENS

The outdoor kitchen project price includes only:

Aluminum structure
Laminated floor
Up to a maximum of 3 stone or porcelain sheets
6 electrical outlets
Exterior cladding in composite or natural stone

Kitchen Equipment

If the client requests equipment installation, the brand used will be Blaze.

Equipment warranties are offered exclusively by the manufacturer, not by the contractor.

3. Payment Terms

The client agrees to the following payment schedule:

10% initial payment to schedule the project
60% of the total upon delivery of materials
Remaining 30% + 7% taxes upon project completion

Important: No work will begin or continue without compliance with the payment schedule.

4. Taxes

Sales tax applies to all payments, except for payments made in cash, which are not subject to tax as permitted by law.

5. Late Payments

Any payment not received within 7 calendar days after its due date will be considered late.

Late payments may result in:

Late fees
Immediate project suspension
Delivery delays

If non-compliance continues, All Decor Terrace Corp may initiate legal action, and the client will be responsible for legal fees, administrative costs, and collection costs.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE once the project has started, materials have been ordered, or the work date has been reserved.

7. Changes and Additional Work

Any change or work not specified in this contract:

Will be quoted separately
Will be issued in a new invoice
Will not be executed without prior client approval

8. Permits and Inspections

Permits are NOT included, unless indicated in writing.

Delays caused by local authorities are not the contractor's responsibility.

Additional costs required by the county or city will be the client's responsibility.

9. Property Damage

The client acknowledges that in construction work, minor normal damage (grass, walls, floors, paint) may occur.

Repairs outside the contracted scope will be quoted separately.

10. Warranty

All Decor Terrace Corp offers a 1 (one) year warranty on workmanship, counted from project completion.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse
Modifications by third parties
Lack of maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Hurricanes or natural disasters

11. Project Suspension or Cancellation

The company may suspend or cancel the project if:

The client fails to make payments
There are interferences
The property presents unsafe conditions

All work performed must be paid in full.

12. Lien Rights – Florida Statutes Chapter 713

In accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 713, in case of non-payment, All Decor Terrace Corp may file a Construction Lien on the property, including amounts owed, labor, materials, and legal costs permitted by law.

13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute must be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are permits included?

No.

Is electrical and audio installation included?

Yes, as long as it is done while the team is working on the property.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, subject to approval.

Can the kitchen be washed with pressure water?

It is not recommended. It can be exposed to rain, but not to direct pressure water.

Is the pergola hurricane proof?

No.

14. Client Acceptance

By making the initial payment, the client declares having read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this contract.

This document is valid from the date of client acceptance.
